Clean & sanitize sink between uses. Check food contact surfaces for cleanliness to sight & touch before storage. COS- items taken to be cleaned & sanitized. Foods in WI cooler not held at 41F or less. COS - foods discarded or transferred to cooler. Pans stacked wet nested, bottles have standing water. Invert utensils & allow to completely air dry before stacking. Repair damaged wall/cove base along wall at 3 compartment sink.

[Slime mold in both ice machines, food residue on slicer, tomato slicer, veggie press & can opner blades. Dirty measuring spoons hanging with clean utensils. Pans stacked wetnested, standing water in food buckets & giant mixer bowl. Invert to dry. Replace torn seals on fixed equipment (handsink). Food splatters & spills on push carts. Accumulation of residue on prep table shelves, oven table, & WI cooler fan guard. Food debris on walls. Replace missing ceiling tile. Clean under shelves in WI coolers/freezers. Repair hood vents so they remain in place when vent is turned on.]
