Chicken & shrimp thawing in standing water at sinks. Use approved thawing methods. Push cart with foods sitting beside handsink. Must install a splash guard if desire to keep push cart beside sink. Wet wiping cloths sitting out on tables, keep submerged in sanitizing solution between uses. Cooks should not have cloths tied to aprons, it discourages proper handwashing practices. Need test strips for ware washing machine.

Employee eating & drinking at prep table.No foods to be consumed in food prep areas,drinks must be single service cups with tight fitting lids&straws. Food mixes stored with puddling water,invert utensils or store in a way that allows them to completely air dry.
