Shrimp stored in standing water in WI cooler. COS-shrimp tranferred to dry container. Foods stored on ice must have way to allow ice to drain away from foods as it melts. No chlorine registering on test strips for sanitizer buckets. COS-fresh buckets prepared. Keep cloths stored in sanitizer between uses.
