No paper towels available at kitchen handsink or sinks in bathrooms. No soap available in unisex bathroom. Many cans damaged & dented compromising hermetic seals.COS-cans withheld from sale/use. No foods date labeled. Label foods kept over 24 hours & discard after a maximum of 7 days. Need test strips to check sanitizer concentrations. Prep sinks & ware washing sinks have debris. Clean equipment after use. No toilet paper available in bathrooms. Counter tops, toilets, & sinks dirty. Clean routinely & thoroughly.Mildew on wall around ware washing machine. Floors in service line area need swept, floors in bathrooms need cleaned.

Need food probe thermometer calibrated within +1-2F that can take hot & cold temperatures. WI freezer has ice accumulating,no foods stored under the condenser. Have repaired to prevent the accumulation of non potable water in unit. Need test strips to check sanitizer concentrations. Repair damaged cove base beside ware washing area.
